We will replace items if they are defective upon receiving. An email as well as a photo must be submitted via the contact page within 3 days of receiving the package to process the request.
Free Shipping is a free shipping option for United States residents that is sent USPS Parcel Retail Service. This shipping option does not include insurance but it does include tracking. We are not responsible for lost parcels once they have left our store. If your package is lost in the mail please contact your local postal provider.
- USPS Priority Mail which includes $50 insurance.
- Next Day delivery is available for delivery by the next day when placed before 4pm Monday-Friday, Next day shipping orders placed on the weekends or after 4pm will arrive within 2 days.
- International packaging rates are calculated based on Weight and Country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
